Delivery Information

We offer a range of delivery options so that your corals get to you in the best of health. All livestock is posted out for next day delivery. Each delivery will need to be signed for, so please ensure someone is in when delivery is being made. Failure to do so could have an adverse effect on the corals health, and in this case, is not covered under our returns policy.

During the checkout stages, you will be asked to select a specific day that you would like delivery. Next day delivery is available up until 1pm on the date of purchase. After 1pm, next day delivery is unavailable. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. If you wish to change the date of delivery, you must contact us as soon as possible. 

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or APC Courier Services. Where applicable, you will be provided with a tracking reference VIA email. The time of delivery is not guaranteed, although Royal Mail offers delivery before 1pm Special Delivery and APC offers before 12PM.
